2Nature of services
Astrology consultations, reports and poojas offered here are based on Vedic tradition and are for guidance only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and decisions you take based on them are your own responsibility. Results of remedies, poojas and spiritual products depend on faith and practice and are not guaranteed.
3Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. The details you provide, including birth details, must be accurate. Incorrect date, time or place of birth can change the analysis.
4Consultations
Please be available at the booked time. If we cannot reach you within 10 minutes of the slot, the session is treated as completed. Reschedule requests must reach us at least 24 hours before the session.
5Poojas
Poojas are performed by our Vedic pandits on the confirmed muhurat. The date can be changed free of charge up to 48 hours before. Prasad delivery times depend on the courier.
6Products
Natural products such as Rudraksha and gemstones vary slightly in size, colour and shape from the photos. Exchanges are covered by our Return & Exchange Policy.
7Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Orders are confirmed once payment is received, or when the order is accepted for cash on delivery.
8Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, design, logo and images, belongs to Mahabindu Energy and may not be copied without written permission.
9Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Mahabindu Energy is registered.
